How to Order

Finding the items you wish to purchase is very easy and straight forward. You can find products by using our search facility (fastest way) at the top left hand side of the page or you can browse our poroduct "CATEGORIES".

Once you have found the item(s) you would like to order, you can either click on the image or product name for more information, or you can add the product directly to your shopping cart by clicking on the Buy Now! button if it is available.

Once you add an item to your shopping cart you will be shown a list of what items currently in your shopping cart. From here you can:

• Delete an item from your shopping cart. :(
  
  
• Edit the quantity by changing the number then clicking the Update Cart button.
  
  
• Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart, or...
  
  
• You can click the Checkout button to complete your delivery and payment details.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you complete all the checkout steps right the way through to the Thank You! page. If you do not complete the order confirmation steps through to the Thank you! page your order will not be processed by our online ordering system and it will not be sent to us.

We offer many convenient payment options including Credit Card payments via our Secure Server, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Deposit (DD), Cheque and Australia Post Money Order.

We also offer a number of convenient online and offline payment methods including online ordering via our secure server, phone ordering and mail order. You will have the opportunity to select your payment options and payment method during step 2 of the checkout process.

Regardless of which payment option and which payment method you prefer to use, you will still need to place your order online via our web site as this is the only way we will actually receive notification and a copy of your order.

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If no one will be home when your order is delivered you will need to authorise that the order can be left without a signature in our comments form or provide an alternate delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery. Please Note: All orders left without a signature will be at the customers own risk and any claim for missing or damaged deliveries will be not accepted.

Once you have confirmed your order you will be sent a confirmation email with a copy of your order and any additional payment information depending on the payment option and method selected. You will also be kept up to date with your order progress via email.
