The Newcastle Knights pool cue is a 2 piece 57 inch maple cue that are officially licensed by the NRL, and stylishly decorated in the official Newcastle Knights team colours.

The Newcastle Knights pool cue has the official NRL logo on the butt and the Newcastle Knights club logo at the top and bottom of the butt and features a tapered maple shaft, team coloured grip and butt, high density rubber butt protector, durable brushed chrome screw in join, chrome ferrule with a hard wearing 10mm stick on tip, and are presented in a durable clear plastic carry case.

Newcastle Knights pool cue tips and tricks:

1. When you first get your cue home you will notice the case has a rubber top with a hang cord. To open the case twist the rubber end cap and this should remove it. If the top cap won't come off, take a blunt knife, carefully and gently run it around under the rubber cap to break the adhesive seal, the rubber cap should now twist off easily.
   
   
2. The next thing you will notice is that the shaft (top section of the cue) has a clear plastic outer skin. This is the transit protector skin to keep the shaft from being damaged or marred during transit. Simply peal away this outer plastic protective skin before use.
   
   
3. One final tip, the shaft (top section of the cue) has a matt like finish, not a glossy or shiny one like on the cue butt (bottom section of the cue). This is not a fault with the cue finish, but a silkier smoother finish to make the cue slide more easily when taking a shot. If the cue shaft had a full glossy finish it would cause excessive drag when taking a shot.
