Shipping & Returns

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If no one will be home when your order is delivered you will need to authorise that the order can be left without a signature in our comments form or provide an alternate delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.

Please Note: All orders left without a signature will be at the customers own risk and any claim for missing or damaged deliveries will be not accepted.

All shipping and handling charges will be quoted when you finalise your order. Orders are shipped once payment has been cleared by our bank.

Depending on the physical size of an order we will send it via Australia Post or Australia Post Express satchels. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, please use the following delivery lead times as a general guide for delivery to Australian destinations:

Australia Post: 3 - 7 business days to cities and suburbs.
Australia Post: 7 - 10 business days to regional areas.

Express Post: 3 - 5 business days to cities and suburbs.
Express Post: 4 - 7 business days to regional areas.

Returns and exchange policy

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days from date of delivery and exchange for another item or for a store credit under the following terms and conditions. Please Note: All sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.

Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and are returned in their original packaging. We and the manufacturers distributor reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) if in our opinion the goods have been mis-treated, abused, used, or soiled in any way.

ALL returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original tax invoice for them to be considered for exchange or store credit.

Please ensure you return item(s) via Express Post or Registered Post and they are packed to ensure protection from transit damage. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended with Australia Post services. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit.

All cancelled orders that have been shipped prior to being cancelled are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

All shipping costs, credit card bank fees ($2.50 + 1.8% of the order total) and insurance costs to and from ABC Sports are strictly non-refundable.

Additional shipping costs will apply to items returned for exchange.

If you wish to return a product for repair or replacement please contact us for instructions prior to returining the items(s).
