The site itself is responsive, well organised, pages are clear and with no extraneous crap, it's very easy to find what you're looking for, and there's a complete lack of broken links and page errors. The payment section is secure, reliable and unlike many other sites, actually works. As far as I'm concerned (as a software engineer) you deserve a medal for the site alone. The customer service team (ie you) has been very helpful. I'm the guy who asked you to weigh a bunch of Barracuda Gold Medal cues for me a little while back, and since then have bought a cue, case and a bunch of other stuff. You've been friendly, helpful, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. You sound like a great guy to have a beer with. All goods I've ordered from you (and there's been a few) have arrived in perfect condition, and if they came any quicker I'd recommend that AMI stuff they advertise on TV.
